COMPENSATION TO BROKERAGE FIRM. In consideration of the services to be performed by Xxxxxx, Brokerage Firm will be paid as set forth in this section, with no discount or allowance for any efforts made by Buyer or any other person. Brokerage Firm is entitled to receive additional compensation, bonuses, and incentives paid by listing brokerage firm or seller. Xxxxxx will inform Xxxxx of the fee to be paid to Brokerage Firm and, if there is a written agreement, Broker will supply a copy to Buyer, upon written request of Buyer.
