Common use of Compensation Reports Clause in Contracts

Compensation Reports. For a period of one year following the Closing, Purchaser shall provide Seller with a list of the monthly compensation report for distributors in the Distribution Network, prior to the payment of such compensation to distributors, for purposes of reviewing the monthly compensation report as a consultant to Purchaser on a pro ▇▇▇▇ basis.
