Compensation Reports. The Contractor shall submit reports and information relating to the administration of wages, salaries and benefits as the Contracting Officer may require from time-to-time to evaluate the reasonableness of the Contractor’s total compensation program.
Compensation Reports. NBC will provide Consultant with a report of NBC Compensation received by NBC from a sale of NBC Products to a Consultant-designated Approved Prospect for which Consultant is entitled to receive compensation.   • Administration; Reports The Custodian shall, in general, attend to all non-discretionary details in connection with maintaining custody of the Receivable Files on behalf of the Trust Collateral Agent. In addition, the Custodian shall assist the Trust Collateral Agent generally in the preparation of any routine reports to Noteholders or to regulatory bodies, to the extent necessitated by the Custodian’s custody of the Receivable Files.

  • COMPENSATION CERTIFICATION Labor Code Section 3700 in relevant part provides: Every employer except the State shall secure the payment of compensation in one or more of the following ways:  By being insured against liability to pay compensation by one or more insurers duly authorized to write compensation insurance in this State.  By securing from the Director of Industrial Relations a certificate of consent to self-insure, which may be given upon furnishing satisfactory proof to the Director of Industrial Relations of ability to self-insure and to pay any compensation that may become due to its employees.   • Evaluation Reports Where a formal evaluation of an employee's performance is carried out, the employee shall be provided with a copy to read and review. Provision shall be made on the evaluation form for an employee to sign it. The form shall provide for the employee's signature in two (2) places, one indicating that the employee has read and accepts the evaluation, and the other indicating that the employee disagrees with the evaluation. The employee shall sign in one of the places provided within seven (7) calendar days. No employee may initiate a grievance regarding the contents of an evaluation report unless the signature indicates disagreement with the evaluation. An evaluation report shall not be changed after an employee has signed it, without the knowledge of the employee, and any such changes shall be subject to the grievance procedure.
