Compensation for Insurance Waiver a. For employees hired on or after the effective date of this Agreement, when married partners are both Status I employees of the Cuyahoga Falls School District, only one (1) family comprehensive major medical, prescription, and dental insurance plan will be provided and no compensation for insurance waiver will be provided. Married partners shall be eligible for two (2) single plans. For employees hired prior to the effective date of this Agreement, the prior procedure will remain in effect.
