Compensation For Changes. With respect to all change order requests involving credit to the OWNER or additional compensation to the CONSTRUCTION MANAGER, the CONSTRUCTION MANAGER shall (i) obtain from subcontractors and suppliers the best possible price quotations; (ii) review such quotations to ascertain whether they are reasonable; (iii) prepare an itemized accounting together with appropriate supporting data, including reasonable expenditures by, and savings to, those performing the Work involved in the proposed change; and (iv) provide a reasonable price quotation to the Owner’s Project Manager and Professional. 9.5.1 If price quotations for change order requests are determined to be unreasonable, the CONSTRUCTION MANAGER shall, in writing, justify said quotations or provide additional back-up materials. If after review of the additional information the OWNER’s Project Manager and/or Professional determines the quotation is unreasonable, the OWNER may require the subject Work be performed on a time and material basis. 9.5.2 The CONSTRUCTION MANAGER and its subcontractors and suppliers shall be allowed no additional compensation for any costs, fees or expenses incurred in performing services already required by this Agreement and shall not be entitled to additional reimbursement for home office, other non-jobsite or indirect overhead expenses, but shall be paid for change order Work as allowed by other sections of this Agreement. 9.5.3 It is the responsibility of the CONSTRUCTION MANAGER to review and approve all pricing of additional work required of its subcontractors and suppliers. 9.5.4 Additional work which is not part of the Contract Documents, and which does not impact the critical path shall require an executed change order and is not entitled to an extension of time, but the CONSTRUCTION MANAGER shall be compensated as provided in Chapter 1, Article 4, Section 4.3. 9.5.5 Additional work which is not part of the Contract Documents, and which does impact the critical path shall require a change order and the CONSTRUCTION MANAGER is entitled to an extension of time and the CONSTRUCTION MANAGER shall be compensated as provided in Chapter 1, Article 4, Section 4.3. No other costs relating to the approved extension of time shall be permitted.

13.1 At any time, without invalidating the Contract and by a written order requests involving credit and without notice to the OWNER sureties, the Owner, through the Construction Administrator, may order modifica- tions in the Work consisting of additions, deletions or additional compensation other revisions. Upon request, the Contractor shall supply the Construction Administrator promptly with a detailed pro- posal for the same, showing quantities of and unit prices for the Work and that of any Subcontractor involved.
13.2 Modifications to the CONSTRUCTION MANAGERWork will be authorized by a writ- ten Change Order, or if necessary to expedite the CONSTRUCTION MANAGER shall (i) obtain from subcontractors Work, a written Construction Change Directive, issued by the Owner as provided for in Article 26. Change Orders and suppliers the best possible price quotations; (ii) review such quotations to ascertain whether they are reasonable; (iii) prepare an itemized accounting together with appropriate supporting data, including reasonable expenditures by, and savings to, those performing the Work involved in the proposed change; and (iv) provide a reasonable price quotation to the Owner’s Project Manager and Professional.

9.5.3 It is accordance with the responsibility of the CONSTRUCTION MANAGER to review and approve all pricing of additional work required of its subcontractors and suppliers.
9.5.4 Additional work which is not part terms of the Contract Documents. Upon receipt of the written Change Order, the Contractor shall proceed with the Work when and which does not impact as directed.
13.3 If such Change Orders make the critical path shall require an executed change order and is not entitled to an extension of timeWork less expensive for the Contractor, but the CONSTRUCTION MANAGER proper deductions shall be compensated as provided made from the Contract Sum, said deductions to be computed in Chapter 1, accor- dance with the provisions listed in this Article 4, Section 4.313.
9.5.5 Additional work which is not part 13.4 The Contractor and the Owner agree that the Contract Time specified for the performance of the Contract Documents, and which does impact shall in- clude not only the critical path shall require a change order and Work of the CONSTRUCTION MANAGER is entitled to an original Contract but also any Additional Work ordered by the Owner by Change Order. No extension of time will be granted if it is the opinion of the Owner that the additional Work can be performed concur- rently with the original Work.
13.5 The Contractor may request, and the CONSTRUCTION MANAGER Owner may grant additional contract time when, in the opinion of the Owner, the Contractor has demonstrated that such additional work cannot be performed concurrently with the original Work.
13.6 The amount of compensation to be paid to the Contrac- tor for any Additional or Deleted Work that results in a Change Order shall be compensated as provided determined in Chapter 1one of the following manners:
