Common use of Compensation for Basic Services Clause in Contracts

Compensation for Basic Services. The DISTRICT shall compensate the CONSULTANT for performing the Basic Services as described in Article I and in accordance with Article II a fixed fee of <AMOUNT IN WORDS> DOLLARS ($<AMOUNT IN NUMBERS>).
