COMPARABLE BUILDINGS. For purposes of this Lease, the term “Comparable Buildings” shall mean the Buildings and those certain other first-class office buildings which are comparable to the Buildings in terms of age (based upon the date of completion of construction or major renovation), quality of construction, level of services and amenities (including, but not limited to, the type (e.g., surface, covered, subterranean) and amount of parking), size and appearance, proximity and access to transportation available to the public, freeway access, and are located in the area depicted on Schedule 1 to Exhibit G attached hereto.
