Common use of Company’s Rights Clause in Contracts

Company’s Rights. ‌ The Union acknowledges that the management and directing of team members in the bargaining unit is retained by the Company except as this agreement otherwise specifies. The parties recognize the need for the Company to remain flexible in view of the competitive nature of the business in which the Company operates. In the spirit of cooperation, the Union agrees to discuss and, if in agreement, assist in the introduction of new reorganized service structures including new methods of providing services necessitated by the changing demands of the business.
