Common use of Company’s Rights Clause in Contracts

Company’s Rights. Except as otherwise expressly set forth herein, the Company reserves the right to make reasonable changes to any of the terms and conditions of the Employee's employment. Any change to the Employee's duties, position or compensation following the execution of this Agreement will not affect the enforceability of this Agreement.
