Company Stockholders’ Agreement. The Company shall use its reasonable best efforts, on behalf of Parent and pursuant to the request of Parent, to cause each stockholder of the Company named on the signature pages to the Company Stockholders' Agreement to execute and deliver to Parent, concurrently with the execution of this Agreement, and to comply with, the Company Stockholders' Agreement. The Company acknowledges and agrees to be bound by and comply with the provisions of Section 3.1(a) and (b) of the Company Stockholders' Agreement as if a party thereto with respect to transfers of record of ownership of shares of the Company Common Stock, and agrees to notify the transfer agent for any Company Common Stock and provide such documentation and do such other things as may be necessary to effectuate the provisions of such Company Stockholders' Agreement.
