Common use of Company Seniority Clause in Contracts

Company Seniority. Company seniority shall mean the length of continuous service with the Company computed from the date of hiring.

Company seniority shall mean For purposes of this Agreement, Seniority of an employee is the length of continuous his/her accumulated service with the Company computed from as defined solely by the Company or its predecessor company. Company seniority begins on the date the employee was hired by the Company or by a predecessor of hiringthe Company, in any job classification provided for in this agreement and represents all accumulated time for which the employee has served as an employee of the Company or a predecessor of the Company.
