Common use of Company Property Clause in Contracts

Company Property. (a) Any patents, inventions, discoveries, applications, processes or designs, devised, planned, applied, created, discovered or invented by Employee in the course of Employee's employment under this Agreement and which pertain to any aspect of the Company's or its respective subsidiaries' or affiliates' businesses shall be the sole and absolute property of the Company, and Employee shall make prompt report thereof to the Company and promptly execute any and all documents reasonably requested to assure the Company the full and complete ownership thereof.

Company Property. (a) Any patents, inventions, discoveries, applicationsapplications or processes, processes or designs, devised, planned, applied, created, discovered or invented by Employee in the course of Employee's employment under this Agreement and which pertain to any aspect of the Company's or its respective subsidiaries' or affiliates' businesses business shall be the sole and absolute property of the Company, and Employee shall make prompt report thereof to the Company and promptly execute any and all documents reasonably requested to assure the Company the full and complete ownership thereof.

Company Property. (a) Any patents, inventions, discoveries, applicationsapplications or processes, processes or designs, software and computer programs devised, planned, applied, created, discovered or invented by Employee in the course of Employee's his employment under this Agreement and which pertain to any aspect of the business of the Company's , or its respective subsidiaries' subsidiaries or affiliates' businesses , shall be the sole and absolute property of the Company, and Employee shall make prompt report thereof to the Company and and, at Company's sole expense, promptly execute any and all documents reasonably requested to assure the Company the full and complete ownership thereof.

(a) Any patents, inventions, discoveries, applicationsapplications or process, processes or designs, devised, planned, applied, created, discovered or invented by Employee EXECUTIVE in the course of Employee's EXECUTIVE’S employment under this Agreement AGREEMENT and which pertain to any aspect of the Company's COMPANY’S or its respective subsidiaries' ’ or affiliates' businesses ’ business shall be the sole and absolute property of the CompanyCOMPANY, and Employee EXECUTIVE shall make prompt report thereof to the Company COMPANY and promptly execute any and all documents reasonably requested to assure the Company COMPANY the full and complete ownership thereof.

(a) Any products, patents, inventions, discoveries, applications, processes or designs, devised, planned, applied, created, discovered or invented by Employee in the course of Employee's employment under this Agreement and which pertain to any aspect of the Company's or its respective subsidiaries' or affiliates' businesses shall be the sole and absolute property of the Company, and Employee shall make prompt report thereof to the Company and promptly execute any and all documents reasonably requested to assure the Company the full and complete ownership thereof.
