Common use of Company Employee Agreement Clause in Contracts

Company Employee Agreement. “Company Employee Agreement” shall mean each management, employment, severance, consulting, relocation, repatriation or expatriation agreement or other Contract between the Company or any Company Subsidiary and any Company Employee, other than any such management, employment, severance, consulting, relocation, repatriation or expatriation agreement or other Contract with a Company Employee which is terminable “at will” without any obligation on the part of the Company or any Company Affiliate to make any payments or provide any benefits in connection with such termination.

Company Employee Agreement. “Company Employee Agreement” shall mean each management, employment, severance, consultingretention, relocationtransaction bonus, repatriation or expatriation agreement or other Contract between the Company or any Company Subsidiary and any Company Employee, other than any such management, employment, severancechange in control, consulting, relocation, repatriation or expatriation agreement or other Contract with a between: (a) any of the Acquired Corporations; and (b) any Company Employee which Associate, other than any such Contract that is terminable “at will” (or following a notice period imposed by applicable Legal Requirements) without any obligation on the part of the Company or any Company Affiliate Acquired Corporation to make any payments severance, termination, change in control or similar payment or to provide any benefits in connection with such terminationbenefit.
