Community volunteers & work experience programs. The Board and the Union agree that volunteers bring a positive community involvement and their contribution is a valuable addition to the education of students. The use of community volunteers and work experience programs shall not displace in full or in part or reduce the hours of work of any member of the Bargaining Unit.
