Community Guidelines. If you submit any User Content or participate in an Interactive Area, you agree to abide by the following rules of conduct: o All posts and content should be marked with Christian charity and respect. They should be on topic and presume the good will of other posters. o You agree not to upload, post or otherwise transmit any User Content that publicly endorses or speaks in opposition to a specific candidate, political party or political action committee as well as divisive speech, and personal attacks of public figures. o You agree not to violate or infringe the rights of The Church of the Holy Redeemer or others including, without limitation, patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, publicity or other proprietary rights; o You agree not to upload, post or otherwise transmit any User Content that is unlawful, discriminatory, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, deceptive, fraudulent, invasive of another’s privacy, tortuous, or contains explicit or graphic descriptions or accounts of sexual acts; o You agree not to upload, post or otherwise transmit any User Content that victimizes, harasses, degrades, intimidates, discriminates against, or retaliates against an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, sex, race, national origin, age, physical or mental disability, sexual orientation, or other characteristics protected by applicable state or federal law; o You agree not to interfere with any other user’s right to privacy, including by harvesting or collecting personally-identifiable information about the Site or posting private information about a third party; o You agree not to upload, post or otherwise transmit any User Content that contains viruses or any other computer code, files or programs that interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment, or otherwise permit the unauthorized use of a computer or computer network; o You agree not to upload, post or otherwise transmit any User Content that encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, or that gives rise to civil liability; and o You agree not to upload, post or otherwise transmit any User Content that interferes with the use of the Site by others. Any conduct that's in The Church of the Holy Redeemer sole discretion restricts or inhibits anyone else from using or enjoying the Site will not be permitted. By posting private information about content the User: 4.1. grants Yapper a third party; o You agree perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty- free license, with the right to sub-license, to reproduce, distribute, transmit, publicly perform, publicly display, digitally perform, modify, create derivative works of, and otherwise use and commercially exploit such content in relation to the Programme; 4.2. represents that it owns the content, and/or has the right to use it and the right to grant Yapper the rights and license as provided in this Agreement, and that the posting of the content does not to uploadviolate the privacy rights, post or otherwise transmit any User Content that contains viruses publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other computer code, files or programs that interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality rights of any computer software person or hardware or telecommunications equipmententity; and 4.3. consents to take part in ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s publicity campaigns, or otherwise permit and the unauthorized use of a computer or computer network; o You agree not to upload, post or otherwise transmit any User Content confirms that encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, or that gives rise to civil liability; and o You agree not to upload, post or otherwise transmit any User Content that interferes with the use of the Site by others. Any conduct that's in The Church of the Holy Redeemer sole discretion restricts or inhibits anyone else from using or enjoying the Site he/she will not be permittedentitled to any remuneration for such participation and all materials arising from such participation will be the sole property of ▇▇▇▇▇▇. 5. The Church User hereby accepts and acknowledges that a violation of the Holy Redeemer reserves Community Guidelines will constitute a material breach of the Agreement and Yapper will, without derogating from any right which it may have under the Agreement, any other agreement, legislation or the common law, have the right in its sole discretion to discontinue any service provided to the User and remove or edit User Content by you and to prohibit you the User’s access from accessing the Site or social media platform. 6. Yapper does not curate, control, filter or read postings on the Site on an ongoing basis, and the User acknowledges and agrees that Yapper shall not be responsible, in any way, for any reasonUser postings. The Church User shall indemnify Yapper against any liability, claim, damage or loss of whatsoever nature that may result from the Holy Redeemer is not responsible for User Content submitted User’s postings to the Site or posted in comments sections, chat rooms, on bulletin boards or on other Interactive Areas by users of the Site. You take full responsibility and liability for engaging in any of the above conductsocial media platform.

Community Guidelines. You must comply with all other documents regulating use of our Services, including with Universum Community Guidelines. The Talented Individual can terminate the campaign within 30 days following its launch and refund Sponsors. You agree that Universum will not be responsible for any losses and damages arising from your use of such User Content or reliance on it. You must have appropriate intellectual property rights to User Content to post it through the Service or in the App. By posting it through the App, Website or Service, you confirm and attest that you own such rights to relevant User Content being posted. You retain your ownership rights in your User Content subject to the license granted hereunder. By uploading, posting, transmitting or otherwise making available any User Content through the App, the Website or participate in an Interactive Areathe Service, you agree hereby grant to abide Universum a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide royalty-free, transferrable license with the right to sublicense, store, host, use, copy, modify, publish, display, perform, reproduce, distribute, communicate, reformat or otherwise your User Content in all formats to operate, develop, promote, administer or improve our Service. You understand that all User Content, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such User Content was originated or by whom it was posted or transmitted. Under no circumstances will Universum be liable in any way for any User Content, including, but not limited to, any errors or graphic descriptions omissions in User Content, or accounts any loss or damage of sexual acts; o You agree not to upload, post or otherwise transmit any kind incurred as a result of the use of any User Content that victimizesposted, harasses, degrades, intimidates, discriminates against, transmitted or retaliates against an individual otherwise made available via the App or group of individuals on the basis of religion, sex, race, national origin, age, physical or mental disability, sexual orientation, or other characteristics protected by applicable state or federal law; o Service. You agree not to interfere with any other user’s right to privacyand consent that User Content posted, including by harvesting or collecting personally-identifiable information about the Site or posting private information about a third party; o You agree not to upload, post transmitted or otherwise transmit made available through Universum Service or the App must comply with these Terms and applicable regulations and shall not breach any third- party rights. Universum reserves the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment, or otherwise permit the unauthorized use of a computer or computer network; o You agree not right to upload, post or otherwise transmit remove any User Content that encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offensewithout prior notice. Universum reserves its right to label and categorize User Content, or that gives rise which may affect how the content is displayed to civil liability; and o You agree not to upload, post or otherwise transmit any User Content that interferes with the use of the Site by others.
