Common use of Communications Facilities Clause in Contracts

Communications Facilities. wire or cable facilities including but not limited to fiber optic, copper and/or coaxial cables or wires utilized to provide Communications Service including any and all associated equipment. Unless otherwise specified by the parties, the term “Communications Facilities” does not include pole mounted wireless antennas, receivers or transceivers. Strand-mounted wireless equipment that does not restrict Climbing Space shall be considered Communications Facilities.
