Communications Division. The Communications Division bid shift period shall be for three (3), twenty-eight (28) day blocks of time. Dispatchers shall bid shifts within the bid period according to seniority from most senior to least senior. Any Dispatcher that fails to place a bid within the allotted time frame listed on the bid sheet shall forfeit their bid and will be placed last in the bid cycle.
