Communication Tools. Many exciting things happen each day at SMES and at the Church. To keep parents informed, we utilize many forms of communication. The following are most common: • Information on our website ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ • Weekly lesson plans posted in each classroom • Daily reports for Toddlers and Twos • Paper communications in children’s backpacks or diaper bags (please unload daily) • Parent/Teacher Conferences • E-mail newsletters, Facebook, Instagram, and other memos from the teachers and the Administration office In cases of inclement weather, SMES follows local schools in regards to school closure/late opening. This information will be communicated in the following ways: • SMES generated texts • SMES generated emails • ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ • SMES social media (Facebook and Instagram) • WFAA channel 8
