Communication Protocol Training Plan. The Program Manager shall develop communication protocol training plans or procedures for each of the Projects to ensure that all necessary training is given to appropriate personnel as required by Owner. The training requirements shall encompass organizational and procedural information as well as technical communication training of the selected CPMS system and drawing exchange protocols in accordance with Acknowledgement of Data Use Protocols (Exhibit B), and BIM/AutoCAD standards (i.e., layers, blocks, BIM element libraries) through collaboration with the Project Team. The training performed shall be documented.
