Common use of COMMUNICATION PROGRAMME Clause in Contracts

COMMUNICATION PROGRAMME. 13.1 The Authority and Operator shall jointly agree a strategy for communication with all stakeholders, the Authority Personnel and the Staff during the Exit Period as a part of the Exit Plan. The strategy shall set out the most effective vehicles for such communications and the assignment of responsibility to the party best placed to manage such communications. For the avoidance of doubt, the Operator shall only be permitted to charge the Authority for effecting such communications where the Operator can demonstrate that it will incur additional cost, over and above that deemed by the Authority as reasonable in such circumstance, and that such communications fall outside its obligations under this agreement and provided always that it does not relate to communications with the Staff.
