Common use of Communication Access Clause in Contracts

Communication Access. Each party will, promptly and throughout the term of this Agreement, provide to the other party all necessary or useful information in or coming into its possession or reasonably available to it to support the achievement of the Certification Tasks. Notwithstanding anything else to the contrary contained herein, nothing shall require either party to disclose confidential information for which such party has an obligation of confidentiality to a third party, but each party will exert its Best Commercial Efforts to bring to the attention of the Alliance Committee any such third party restrictions as may be relevant to its role hereunder.
