FILESERVER Sample Clauses

FILESERVER. Customer shall use the System Software solely on a single processing unit (the "Fileserver"). In the event a Fileserver is upgraded, Customer shall be solely responsible for moving and protecting all software not obtained from American and the data related thereto.
