Common use of Common Stock Price Clause in Contracts

Common Stock Price. To the extent deemed required or necessary and for all purposes of this Plan, the Consultants shall have an "option" covering such shares of common stock at the per share price set forth in paragraph 1.4 above during the term hereof; the Consultants assume the risk of any decrease in the per share price or value of the shares of common stock of Xxxxxxxx that may be issued by Xxxxxxxx for services performed by the Consultants hereunder, and the Consultants agree that any such decrease shall in no way affect the rights, obligations or duties of the Consultants hereunder.

Common Stock Price. To the extent deemed required or necessary and for all purposes of this Plan, the Consultants shall have an "option" covering such shares of common stock at the per share price set forth in paragraph 1.4 above during the term hereof; the Consultants assume the risk of any decrease in the per share price or value of the shares of common stock of Xxxxxxxx Pandora's that may be issued by Xxxxxxxx Pandora's for services performed by the Consultants hereunder, and the Consultants agree that any such decrease shall in no way affect the rights, obligations or duties of the Consultants hereunder.

Common Stock Price. To the extent deemed required or necessary and for all purposes of this Plan, the Consultants Consultant shall have an "option" covering such shares of common stock at the per share price set forth in paragraph 1.4 above during the term hereof; from and after the Consultants assume date of this Agreement the Consultant assumes the risk of any decrease in the per share price or value of the shares of common stock of Xxxxxxxx COMPANY that may be issued by Xxxxxxxx COMPANY for services performed by the Consultants Consultant hereunder, and the Consultants agree Consultant agrees that any such decrease shall in no way affect the rights, obligations or duties of the Consultants Consultant or the COMPANY hereunder.. 1.6

Common Stock Price. To the extent deemed required or necessary and for all purposes of this Plan, the Consultants shall have an "option" covering such shares of common stock at the per share price set forth in paragraph 1.4 above during the term hereof; the Consultants assume the risk of any decrease in the per share price or value of the shares of common stock of Xxxxxxxx ACTI that may be issued by Xxxxxxxx ACTI for services performed by the Consultants hereunder, and the Consultants agree that any such decrease shall in no way affect the rights, obligations or duties of the Consultants hereunder.

Common Stock Price. To the extent deemed required or necessary and for all purposes of this Plan, the Consultants shall have an "option" covering such shares of common stock at the per share price set forth in paragraph 1.4 above during the term hereof; the Consultants assume the risk of any decrease in the per share price or value of the shares of common stock of Xxxxxxxx MHP that may be issued by Xxxxxxxx MHP for services performed by the Consultants hereunder, and the Consultants agree that any such decrease shall in no way affect the rights, obligations or duties of the Consultants hereunder.

To the extent deemed required or necessary and for all purposes of this Plan, the Consultants Consultant shall have an "option" covering such shares of common stock at the per share price set forth in paragraph 1.4 1.3 above during the term hereof; the Consultants Consultant assume the risk of any decrease in the per share price or value of the shares of common stock of Xxxxxxxx Medivest that may be issued by Xxxxxxxx Medivest for services performed by the Consultants Consultant hereunder, and the Consultants agree Consultant agrees that any such decrease shall in no way affect the rights, obligations or duties of the Consultants Consultant hereunder.

To the extent deemed required or necessary and for all purposes of this Plan, the Consultants shall have an "option" covering such shares of common stock at the per share price set forth in paragraph 1.4 above during the term hereof; the Consultants assume the risk of any decrease in the per share price or value of the shares of common stock of Xxxxxxxx Sanguine that may be issued by Xxxxxxxx Sanguine for services performed by the Consultants hereunder, and the Consultants agree that any such decrease shall in no way affect the rights, obligations or duties of the Consultants hereunder.

To the extent deemed required or necessary and for all purposes of this Plan, the Consultants Consultant shall have an "option" covering such shares of common stock at the per share price set forth in paragraph 1.4 above during the term hereof; the Consultants assume Consultant assumes the risk of any decrease in the per share price or value of the shares of common stock of Xxxxxxxx Medizone that may be issued by Xxxxxxxx Medizone for services performed by the Consultants Consultant hereunder, and the Consultants Consultant agree that any such decrease shall in no way affect the rights, obligations or duties of the Consultants Consultant hereunder.

To the extent deemed required or necessary and for all purposes of this Plan, the Consultants Consultant shall have an "option" covering such shares of common stock at the per share price set forth in paragraph 1.4 1.3 above during the term hereof; the Consultants Consultant assume the risk of any decrease in the per share price or value of the shares of common stock of Xxxxxxxx First Target that may be issued by Xxxxxxxx First Target for services performed by the Consultants Consultant hereunder, and the Consultants agree Consultant agrees that any such decrease shall in no way affect the rights, obligations or duties of the Consultants Consultant hereunder.

To the extent deemed required or necessary and for all purposes of this Plan, the Consultants shall have an "option" covering such shares of common stock at the per share price set forth in paragraph 1.4 above during the term hereof, which may be paid and exercised in services or cash; the Consultants assume the risk of any decrease in the per share price or value of the shares of common stock of Xxxxxxxx Lxxxx that may be issued by Xxxxxxxx Lxxxx for services performed by the Consultants hereunder, and the Consultants agree that any such decrease shall in no way affect the rights, obligations or duties of the Consultants hereunder.

To the extent deemed required or necessary and for all purposes of this Plan, the Consultants shall have an "option" covering such shares of common stock at the per share price set forth in paragraph 1.4 above during the term hereof; the Consultants assume the risk of any decrease in the per share price or value of the shares of common stock of Xxxxxxxx Triple Chip that may be issued by Xxxxxxxx Triple Chip for services performed by the Consultants hereunder, and the Consultants agree that any such decrease shall in no way affect the rights, obligations or duties of the Consultants hereunder.

To the extent deemed required or necessary and for all purposes of this Plan, the Consultants shall have an "option" covering such shares of common stock at the per share price set forth in paragraph 1.4 above during the term hereof; the Consultants assume the risk of any decrease in the per share price or value of the shares of common stock of Xxxxxxxx GTM that may be issued by Xxxxxxxx GTM for services performed by the Consultants hereunder, and the Consultants agree that any such decrease shall in no way affect the rights, obligations or duties of the Consultants hereunder.

To the extent deemed required or necessary and for all purposes of this Plan, the Consultants shall have an "option" covering such shares of common stock at the per share price set forth in paragraph 1.4 above 1.5, above, during the term hereof; the Consultants assume the risk of any decrease in stock price fluctuation subsequent to the per share price or value of the shares of common stock of Xxxxxxxx that may be issued by Xxxxxxxx for services performed by the Consultants hereunderdetermination, and the Consultants agree that any such decrease fluctuation shall in no way affect the rights, obligations or duties of the Consultants hereunder.

Common Stock Price. To the extent deemed required or necessary and for all purposes of this Plan, the Consultants shall have an "option" covering such shares of common stock at the per share price set forth in paragraph 1.4 above during the term hereof; the Consultants assume the risk of any decrease in the per share price or value of the shares of common stock of Xxxxxxxx Mirador that may be issued by Xxxxxxxx Mirador for services performed by the Consultants hereunder, and the Consultants agree that any such decrease shall in no way affect the rights, obligations or duties of the Consultants hereunder.

To the extent deemed required or necessary and for all purposes of this Plan, the Consultants shall have an "option" covering such shares of common stock at the per share price set forth in paragraph 1.4 above during the term hereof; the Consultants assume the risk of any decrease in the per share price or value of the shares of common stock of Xxxxxxxx Quazon that may be issued by Xxxxxxxx Quazon for services performed by the Consultants hereunder, and the Consultants agree that any such decrease shall in no way affect the rights, obligations or duties of the Consultants hereunder.

To the extent deemed required or necessary and for all purposes of this Plan, the Consultants shall have an "option" covering such shares of common stock at the per share price set forth in paragraph 1.4 above during the term hereof; the Consultants assume the risk of any decrease in the per share price or value of the shares of common stock of Xxxxxxxx Alphatrade that may be issued by Xxxxxxxx Alphatrade for services performed by the Consultants hereunder, and the Consultants agree that any such decrease shall in no way affect the rights, obligations or duties of the Consultants hereunder.

To the extent deemed required or necessary and for all purposes of this Plan, the Consultants shall have an "option" covering such shares of common stock at the per share price set forth in paragraph 1.4 above during the term hereof; the Consultants assume the risk of any decrease in the per share price or value of the shares of common stock of Xxxxxxxx ETPI that may be issued by Xxxxxxxx ETPI for services performed by the Consultants hereunder, and the Consultants agree that any such decrease shall in no way affect the rights, obligations or duties of the Consultants hereunder.

To the extent deemed required or necessary and for all purposes of this Plan, the Consultants shall have an "option" covering such shares of common stock at the per share price set forth in paragraph 1.4 above during the term hereof; the Consultants assume the risk of any decrease in the per share price or value of the shares of common stock of Xxxxxxxx Zamage that may be issued by Xxxxxxxx Zamage for services performed by the Consultants hereunder, and the Consultants agree that any such decrease shall in no way affect the rights, obligations or duties of the Consultants hereunder.

To the extent deemed required or necessary and for all purposes of this Plan, the Consultants shall have an "option" covering such shares of common stock at the per share price set forth in paragraph 1.4 above during the term hereof; the Consultants assume the risk of any decrease in the per share price or value of the shares of common stock of Xxxxxxxx MTN that may be issued by Xxxxxxxx MTN for services performed by the Consultants hereunder, and the Consultants agree that any such decrease shall in no way affect the rights, obligations or duties of the Consultants hereunder.
