Exchange Price. The price per share at which the Warrant Stock is issuable upon Exercise or Exchange of this Warrant shall be $9.33, subject to Section 1.3 (a) hereof and subject to adjustment from time to time as set forth herein (the “Exchange Price”).

This is the Price for any specified delivery month(s) as established by trading of natural gas futures contracts on the New York Mercantile Exchange ("NYMEX"), Kansas City Board of Trade ("KCBOT") or other commodities exchange as designated in the Agreement, covering such delivery month(s) for the Henry Hub, Permian Basin, Alberta, Waha or other delivery location for which gas futures contracts are traded.
Exchange Price. The exchange price (the "Exchange Price") for the Shares will be the shares of the Buyer's Stock set out on the signature page of this Agreement.

Exchange Price. The price per share at which the Warrant Stock is issuable upon conversion of this Warrant shall be the lesser of (i) $0.25 per share and (ii) the exercise price per share under those certain common stock warrants issued to investors as part of Units on or about January 29, 2016, as such exercise price is restated by agreement of the Company and such investors on or about the 2nd Restatement Date of this Warrant (the “Exchange Price”).
Exchange Price. The price per share at which the Warrant Stock is issuable upon Exercise or Exchange of this Warrant shall be the lower of: (i) $2.79, and (ii) the ten (10) day volume-weighted average price per share (“VWAP”) of Common Stock on the next Business Day after six (6) months after the Issue Date, subject to Section 1.3 (a) hereof and subject to adjustment from time to time as set forth herein (the “Exchange Price”).
Exchange Price. A holder of LP Exchangeable Units shall be entitled at any time, and otherwise upon compliance with the provisions of this Article 5, to require the Partnership to exchange any or all of the LP Exchangeable Units registered in the name of such holder for (i) one share of Class B Common Stock for each LP Exchangeable Unit presented and surrendered by the holder, plus (ii) on the designated payment date therefor, the full amount of all declared and unpaid distributions on any such LP Exchangeable Unit held by such holder on any distribution record date which occurred prior to the Exchange Date (together, the “EXCHANGE PRICE”).
