Common Short Code Users. The Registry website will be available to the public for the purposes of finding general information regarding CSCs. There are three entities that will have secure access to the Registry system and be able to view specific information about specific CSCs. Those are: • Applicants—those that have submitted an application CSC, but have not yet had it approved by the Registry • Registrants—those that have applied for and been assigned a CSC • Carriers—telecommunications service providers that will be notified of the CSC assignment and may decide to implement the CSC in their network
