COMMON DISASTER. There shall be no loss of pay as a result of any Act of God or common disaster causing the shutdown of all or virtually all public transportation in the City of New York, making it impossible for employees to report for work, or where the Mayor of the City of New York or the Governor of the State of New York directs the citizens of the City not to report to work.
