Common use of Common Areas; Infrastructure Clause in Contracts

Common Areas; Infrastructure. It is understood and agreed that Seller is not building the common areas and infrastructure to the precise specifications or designs of any marketing materials and/or marketing displays. Any marketing materials/marketing displays shall not constitute an agreement or commitment on the part of the Seller to deliver the common areas to the owner’s association, if any, in exact accordance with any marketing materials or marketing displays.
