Commitments and Borrowings. 01Commitments . Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, pursuant to the RJ Plan, on the RJ Closing Date, each Lender shall (i) have its related claims cancelled and novated and (ii) be deemed to have made a Loan to the Borrower in an aggregate principal amount equal to such ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s Commitment. Amounts borrowed and repaid or prepaid may not be reborrowed.
