Commitment to Continuous Improvement. The intent of continuous improvement is to encourage employees to contribute their ideas on ways of improving the efficiency of the processes in which they are involved. All ideas should be given prompt evaluation and if they are of advantage to the organisation they should be implemented either immediately or as soon as practicable.
