COMMITMENT TO BARGAINING. A. Scope of Negotiations – The Board shall enter into negotiations with the FEA for the purpose of achieving an agreement covering all matters pertaining to or affecting wages, hours, and terms and conditions of employment and the continuation, modification or deletion of an existing provision of the Agreement.
