Commitment of Resources. It is understood that GenQuest is entering into this Agreement and the Collaboration Agreement in reliance upon the commitment by Corixa to make available the services of a management team, which team consists of Stev▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇rk ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ev▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇te ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ch▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇nn▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇eg ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ Syam▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ provide and oversee appropriate services under this Agreement. Without limiting any other provision of this Agreement, so long as the members of such management team remain employed by Corixa, Corixa will use its best efforts to provide that such individuals are available to perform the services to be provided by Corixa hereunder.
