Commitment of Employer. At the expiration of the uncompensated leave, the classified employee shall be offered a position within the class to which he/she was previously assigned. While on uncompensated leave, an employee shall be entitled to insurance benefits provided to employees of the like status, if he/she pays the premiums therefore and he/she is eligible under the terms of the insurance carrier.
