Commitment of Employer. a. At the expiration of the uncompensated leave, the employee shall be offered a position for which he/she is qualified. b. Time on uncompensated leave shall not count as time on the job. c. While on uncompensated leave, an employee shall be entitled to insurance benefits provided to his/her peers if he/she pays the premiums therefore and the insurance carrier approves.
