Commitment of Employer. 1.) At the expiration of the sabbatical leave, the employee shall, unless agreed otherwise, be returned to the same position held at the time of the granting of said leave of absence. 2.) The rights of the individual as to service, increments, and pension shall continue unaffected by the leave. 3.) Sabbatical leave is not a termination.
