Commitment Bonus. In recognition of Executive's commitment to be employed by the Company, in addition to any bonuses that may be earned by the Executive under any bonus compensation plans established by the Company, the Company will make a one-time payment of $35,000 to the Executive, on an agreed date, but not later than January, 1999.
