COMMITMENT AND RESPONSIBILITY. 2.1 To enable effective and predictable resource planning, Virgin Australia expects individuals to commit to a clearly structured period of working on a PT Arrangement.
2.2 Transferring to working on a PT arrangement is an important decision for a Pilot as it will mean an extended period of time with reduced earnings.
2.3 The decision to accept a PT arrangement is entirely at the discretion of individual Pilots.
2.4 Appendix 2 can only be altered by agreement of the AIC.
COMMITMENT AND RESPONSIBILITY. EVENDIS acts as a passenger transport company with drivers and as such declares to comply with the professional regulations in force.
