Common use of Commissions/Bonus Clause in Contracts

Commissions/Bonus. During the Employment Term, Executive will be eligible to receive annual incentive compensation at full quota achievement equal to 100% of Executive’s Base Salary, less applicable withholdings (the “Target Bonus”). Any bonus will be earned and paid based on the terms outlined in the Executive’s sales incentive plan. The actual amount of the bonus may be less than or greater than the Target Bonus based on the level at which the Executive achieves the objectives set forth in his sales incentive plan.
