Common use of COMMERCIALIZATION STATUS Clause in Contracts

COMMERCIALIZATION STATUS. During the period from the end of the Research Term to the First Commercial Sale of a Collaboration Product, Organon or Pharmacopeia, as the case may be, shall keep the other Party informed of its development activities with respect to such Collaboration Product, including without limitation, the achievement of the milestones set forth in Section 7.1 and the commercialization of such Collaboration Product, by *** providing the other Party with a written report stating the status of development of each such Collaboration Product.

COMMERCIALIZATION STATUS. During the period from the end of the Research Term to the First Commercial Sale of a Collaboration Product, Organon or Pharmacopeia, as the case may be, shall keep the other Party informed of its development activities with respect to such Collaboration Product, including without limitation, the achievement of the milestones set forth in Section 7.1 and the commercialization of such Collaboration Product, by *** semi-annually providing the other Party Pharmacopeia with a written report stating the status of development of each such Collaboration Product.
