Common use of Commercial Clause in Contracts

New Construction/Major Alteration/Repaint-Remodeling Specialty Will include but not be limited to; any and all work/processes to be performed at all office buildings, warehouses, schools, hospitals, museums, theaters of any kind, malls, department stores, food stores, supply houses, depots, strip malls, churches, retirement homes, apartment buildings, condominiums, hotels, motels, restaurants, commercial culinary facilities, stadiums, etc. New Construction is work built from the ground up and is bid through a General Contractor or Construction Manager. Major Alteration is work where a General Contractor or Construction Manager is involved, and a majority of all of the other trades are on the jobsite. The original or existing character or configuration are to be changed.
