COMMERCIAL USAGE. 13.1. No part of the Marina or any vessel or vehicle while situated therein or thereon shall be used by the Owner for any commercial purpose, except where the Owner has sought and obtained prior written Agreement from the Company. 13.2. No vessel or vehicle may be offered for rental, hire, charter or timeshare or be advertised or permitted to be used for such purposes except with the Company’s prior written consent which it may at its sole discretion withhold.
