Commercial Paper Unavailable. If the Credit Utilization is a Revolving Loan, the Servicer shall have given notice that the CP Dealer has given notice under Section 4(f) of the CP Dealer Agreement with respect to the unavailability of the Commercial Paper market or under Section 4(g) of the CP Dealer Agreement that the issuance of Commercial Paper Notes would be at a discount the imputed annual rate of interest of which is in excess of the sum of the Base Rate plus 5 percent.
