Commercial Activities. Under no circumstances shall any outward displays of a commercial nature be permitted within the Corporation. This includes the parking of commercial vehicles along or on ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Lake Point or Spring Street, or within the Community Property of the Corporation, inclusive of the upper and lower Ballparks areas, for purposes other than active construction projects.
