Comment Cards. CONTRACTOR shall develop and distribute passenger comment 14 cards. CONTRACTOR will respond to all comments with copies of response provided 15 to ICTC. CONTRACTOR will provide statistical summaries of frequency and patterns 16 of comments to ICTC on a monthly basis.
Comment Cards. SEAVISION acknowledges that RCCL distributes to and ------------- collects from passengers comment cards requesting satisfaction ratings of on-board services. SEAVISION agrees to address any issues raised by such comment cards and to use reasonable efforts to comply with RCCL requests to make changes to the System to correct deficiencies noted in the System which are identified in the comment cards.

  • PROCUREMENT CARD The State has entered into an agreement for purchasing card services. The Purchasing Card enables Authorized Users to make authorized purchases directly from a Contractor without processing Purchase Orders or Purchase Authorizations. Purchasing Cards are issued to selected employees authorized to purchase for the Authorized User and having direct contact with Contractors. Cardholders can make purchases directly from any Contractor that accepts the Purchasing Card. The Contractor shall not process a transaction for payment through the credit card clearinghouse until the purchased Products have been shipped or services performed. Unless the cardholder requests correction or replacement of a defective or faulty Product in accordance with other Contract requirements, the Contractor shall immediately credit a cardholder’s account for Products returned as defective or faulty.

  • Report Cards At the conclusion of each quarter, MATC shall provide pupil performance data to MPS.

  • Advertising Materials 1. Open Ecosystem Partner may add its own material to the information supplied by either indirectly by Distributor or directly by SAP, solely for the purposes of Open Ecosystem Partner's own marketing activities. Any material which is added must be clearly marked as Open Ecosystem Partner's material. 2. All marketing and promotional materials developed by or for Open Ecosystem Partner, including, but not limited to, print advertisement, broadcast or telecast commercials, product brochures, sales aids, manuals, displays, and publicity concerning the Software distributed hereunder and related services must be of first quality.

  • Timeliness of Submitting Orders You are obliged to date and indicate the time of receipt of all orders you receive from your customers and to transmit promptly all orders to us in time to provide for processing at the price next determined after receipt by you, in accordance with the Prospectuses. You are not to withhold placing with us orders received from any customers for the purchase of shares. You shall not purchase shares through us except for the purpose of covering purchase orders already received by you, or for your bona fide investment.

If we reject your rental application pursuant to Minnesota Statutes and local laws, we will notify you within 14 days of such rejection, identifying the criteria you failed to meet. We are not obligated to return your application fee or deposit except as provided in MN Statute 504B.173 and local laws.
