Common use of Commencing Work Clause in Contracts

Commencing Work. An Employee must, while at work on any day, have with them all safety equipment, articles of clothing and equipment required under this clause for the work to be performed by the Employee on that day. An Employee will not be permitted or entitled to commence paid work until they have with them all such items, clothing and equipment.
