Commencement and Operation. This Agreement will commence operation on the first day of the first full pay period which commences 7 days after the date it is approved by the Fair Work Commission (Commencement Date). The nominal expiry date of this Agreement will be 30 June 2024 (Nominal Expiry Date). The agreement will continue to operate after its nominal expiry date unless it is terminated or replaced. Six months before the nominal expiry date, TBS will enter into discussions with employees regarding a replacement Agreement. This Agreement covers: The Benevolent Society (ABN 95 084 695 045) and Benevolent Australia – Disability Services Ltd (ABN 48 619 338 153) registered address ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇; and Employees that are: employed in position classification contained in Schedule A of this agreement or who would otherwise be covered by one of the following Awards:
