Commencement and Operation. (1) This Agreement shall come into force on the date it is signed by both Parties and will expire on the date specified in the Schedule or on such other date as the Parties might otherwise agree in writing. It is recognised by the Parties that the completion of other arrangements under this Agreement, such as monitoring and evaluation, may continue beyond expiry of this agreement. (2) This Agreement may be amended at any stage by agreement in writing by the Parties. (4) Without limiting the previous clause, the Parties will notify and consult each other on matters that come to their attention that may improve the operation of this Agreement. (5) The Recipient agrees not to represent itself, and to use its best endeavours to ensure that its officers, employees, agents and subcontractors do not represent themselves, as being an officer or employee, partner or agent of the State, or as otherwise able to bind or represent the State.
