Combined Evaluation Sample Clauses

In practice, this means that instead of evaluating price, technical capability, and other relevant aspects separately, all are considered collectively to determine the most advantageous offer. This approach ensures a more holistic and balanced assessment, helping to select the option that best meets overall requirements rather than focusing on a single criterion.
