Common use of Collision Coverage Clause in Contracts

Collision Coverage. We will pay for loss to a covered automobile caused by the covered automobile’s collision with another object, or the covered automobile’s overturn.

We we will pay for loss or damage to a the covered automobile and its equipment caused by by: a. the collision of the covered automobile with another object; or b. the upset or overturn of the covered automobile’s collision with another object, or the covered automobile’s overturn.
