Common use of Collective Bargaining Clause in Contracts

There are no labor contracts, collective bargaining agreements, letters of undertakings or other arrangements, formal or informal, between any Acquired Corporation Company and any union or labor organization covering any Acquired Corporation Company’s employees and none of said employees are represented by any union or labor organization.

There are no labor contracts, collective bargaining agreements, letters of undertakings understanding or other arrangements, formal or informal, between any Acquired Corporation Company and with any union or labor organization covering any Acquired Corporation Company’s of the employees of the Company used in the Business and none of said employees are represented by any union or labor organization.
