COLLECTIVE BARGAINING PROCEDURE. 4.1 All collective bargaining shall be carried on between authorized representatives of the Union as designated by its President and authorized representatives of the Company. 4.2 Any agreement reached as a result of the collective bargaining by the representatives of the parties to this Agreement shall become effective and binding only as of the date signed by the aforementioned parties. 4.3 The Union and the Company shall keep each other currently advised in writing of the names of representatives authorized to represent them in collective bargaining negotiations, and in the execution of final and binding agreements. 4.4 By mutual consent of the authorized representatives of the parties hereto, this Agreement may be amended at any time. Such amendment shall be reduced to writing, state the effective date of the amendment, and be executed in the same manner as this Agreement.
